The time sert is the silver object in the threaded hole top right

Time serts are used to fill in where threads have been damaged. A time sert sounded like something from the Sci Fi channel the first time I saw the term, so when I saw a picture on Dave Gardea's website, I found it enormously useful having a picture that enables me to be able to identify what the heck it is.
