Rod Bolts

How to torque rod bolts:

Use a 3/8 beam TorqueWrench and a 12-point, 3/8 socket cut down to 1.375". Purchase a cheap single socket, ideally one that can be cut with a hacksaw. Most click type torque wrenches won't fit inside the case to torque the rod nuts.

Notes & terms

This method will work well on the head bolts , too.
