This page is to clarify what a Forstner bit is.

There are probably dozens of other uses for Forstner bits, but one is to use the bit to grab Scotch Brite to polish metal to assist proper seating of PushRodTubes for a dry engine. For instructions on that application, go to PushRodTubes.
