Clark's offers a replacement part for damaged cylinder barrels with full finning. The CorvairListServe notes the following about them:

• They are very slightly heavier than the stock cylinders
• Tolerances are within specifications
• It is possible to get them in several point size overages
• May provide better cooling because of more surface area from full fins
• WilliamWynne is using these for his 2850cc kits
• Most aircraft cylinder barrels are full finned, for comparison purposes
